We are pleased to say Coach Mike Powell, Coach Paul Collins @pauliep28, and @oprfwrestling joined our team, #TeamMuscleUP, this year!
Team ‘Muscle Up’ is our team made of athletes that use their ‘healthy muscles’, excelling in their sport, while helping individuals living with ‘sick muscles’ (muscle disease). The Oak Park River Forest High School Wrestling Team has assisted an #IBM_Muscle_Champion (#InclusionBodyMyositis Survivor) through the Muscle Movement Foundation.
The team is the number 1 ranked high school wrestling team in the nation. In addition to pinning their opponents, they continue In Relentless Pursuit to ‘Pin Muscle Disease’. (Notice Coach Powell’s Muscle Movement Foundation OPRF Wrestling Shirt he’s representing in the main picture at flowrestling.com and in the video! The OPRF logo grew muscles, MMF muscles!) @flowrestling
