Finished up my second cycle of #thecubemethod with a pretty brutal “Rep” #legday. 4 more weeks till my meet and I get to test all my new one rep maxes!

Front Squat Shoulder Width 155lb 3×8
Wide Stance Good Morning 135lb 3×8
Walking lunges 90lb 3×15
Vertical Leg Press 225 1×50
(^^ I used a smith machine for this)

Calf Raise 90lb 4×30 #superset with
4×15 situps holding a 45lb plate.
