The University of Minnesota wrestling team has announced its 18th annual Brock Lesnar Golf Classic will be held on Monday, June 6, at Gopher Hills Golf Course in Meisville, Minn. Meisville is located just south of Hastings, Minn. The event gives the public the opportunity to meet the Golden Gopher wrestlers and staff.
Registration is scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m., with a shotgun start scheduled for Noon. The tournament will be a scramble format with teams made up of four to five people. A dinner will follow the golf tournament at approximately 5:30 p.m., while food will also be provided throughout the day. In addition to a brand new car awarded for a hole-in-one, door and raffle prizes will also be given away.
Cost of the event is $140 per person at the door and includes 18 holes of golf, dinner and a gift. Those who wish to just attend the dinner can do so for $50 per person.

Directions to Gopher Hills Golf Course: From Minneapolis, take Hwy 52 South, past Hastings exit to Hwy 50. Take left turn on Hwy 50 and proceed roughly 10 miles. Hwy 50 will turn into Hwy 61. Once the road turns into Hwy 61, proceed two miles and take a right at WeiderHolst Restaurant. Continue down dirt road for a quarter mile, and then follow the signs.
