The Cowboys&#8217; lineup included four wrestlers ranked No. 1 nationally in their weight class by Amateur Wrestling News.<\/p>\n<p> Oregon State (9-8-1 overall, 4-2-1 Pacific-10) returns home to meet Boise State on Friday at 7 p.m. in Gill Coliseum, then travels to Oregon on Sunday at 2 p.m. for the season&#8217;s second Civil War dual, presented by Northwest Dodge Dealers.<\/p>\n<p> Against Oklahoma State (15-0, 3-0), Ellis took a 10-0 major decision over Brett Munson to improve to 9-2 this season. It was a nice homecoming for Ellis, who had wrestled his freshman season at Oklahoma State before transferring to Oregon State. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Oklahoma State is wrestling with a lot of confidence right now, &#8220;OSU head coach Joe Wells said. &#8220;They&#8217;ve got four or five guys ranked right up their nationally in their weight class. We had opportunities to win two or three more matches &#8211;  Tony Hook and Dan Pitsch both wrestled close matches, and Tim Norman did a good job.<\/p>\n<p> At 157 pounds, Hook was beaten 12-6 by 16th-ranked Kevin Ward; at 184 pounds, Pitsch lost 2-0 to Clay Kehrer; and at 141 pounds, Norman was beaten 11-6 by 20th-ranked Ronnie Delk.<\/p>\n<p> NO. 1 OKLAHOMA STATE 40, OREGON STATE 4<\/p>\n<p> (Current Amateur Wrestling News rankings in parentheses)<\/p>\n<p> 125-(18) Scott Coleman, OkSU, major dec.
