Junior Jason Bake <br \/> (Massillon, Ohio\/Massillon Jackson) won his seventh-straight match at 149 <br \/> pounds, defeating Ryan Hurley 10-5. Redshirt freshman Kurt Gross (North <br \/> Royalton, Ohio\/Padua Franciscan) needed overtime before defeating Marcus <br \/> Effner, 5-3. <\/p>\n<p>At 174 pounds, sophomore Aaron Miller (Uniopolis, Ohio\/Wapakoneta) won for <br \/>the eighth time in his last nine matches, with a 4-3 decision over Matt <br \/>Klinger. Junior Alex Camargo (Brook Park, Ohio\/Berea) decisioned Ron <br \/>Howard 5-3 at 184 pounds to improve to 21-2 on the season and classmate Ben <br \/>Rings (Marysville, Ohio\/Marysville) picked up a 6-1 victory at 197 pounds <br \/>over Joe Phillips. <\/p>\n<p>In a highly anticipated match, junior heavyweight Tomas Rodriguez (Orange, <br \/>Ohio\/Orange) won a major decision over Joe Dennis, 10-0, to run his record <br \/>to 11-2 this season. <\/p>\n<p>The Golden Flashes travel to Columbus on Saturday, Jan. 8, to compete in <br \/>the annual Buckeye Duals hosted by the Ohio State University.
