Nike wrestling shoes aren’t as common as they use to be. They are\u00a0actually pretty hard to find and it was even rumored\u00a0that they stopped making them all together.<\/p>\n

However, Nike is back, teasing its new wrestling shoes, Nike Freek and Hypersweep, all over social media.<\/p>\n

The Freek’s style reminds me of basketball shoes. They’re not the typical wrestling shoe style. I’m sure they’re different in person and hopefully they fit like a glove, but until I try them on, they seem a bit bulky to me.\u00a0Freek’s will be available in black, red and blue.<\/p>\n

The Hypersweeps on the other hand have the wrestling shoe style, but the laces are down the side of the shoe. It’s an interesting design and I kind of think they look cool. I’d love to try a pair of these out.<\/p>\n

With Nike’s return to wrestling shoes,\u00a0do you feel\u00a0like you’ll be buying a pair? There’s definitely some Nike wrestlers\u00a0out there that will love these shoes.<\/p>\n
