The National High School Coaches Association Seniors Wrestling Championships are returning to Pittsburgh.<\/p>\n
The 17th annual event, held at Duquesne University’s Palumbo Center in the 1990s before departing for Delaware and Ohio, will be March 23-26, 2006, at the Petersen Events Center.<\/p>\n
Last year’s tournament in Cleveland, Ohio, attracted 800 entries from 47 states. Only seniors who have been state champions or runners-up are automatically eligible for the event. Preceding the senior tournament is the second annual junior and the inaugural sophomore championships from March 21-24.<\/p>\n
