Job Opening: Assistant Wrestling Coach, University of Pennsylvania <\/p>\n
The position is responsible for assisting the Head Wrestling Coach with all
\naspects of program management. In addition to coaching duties, extensive
\nrecruiting responsibilities, office administration and planning are
\ninvolved. Ability to motivate recruits and team members, and advise team
\nmembers. The work is performed under general supervision and reports to the
\nhead coach. <\/p>\n
Qualifications A Bachelor’s Degree is required. Previous successful
\nexperience of 2-3 years coaching wrestling and\/or competing in wrestling at
\nthe collegiate level required; international competitive experience
\npreferred. Candidate must be able to motivate recruits and student
\nwrestlers for high levels of success in a nationally competitive Division I
\nprogram. Candidate should also be able to motivate alumni and friends to
\nsupport program enthusiastically. Counsel and advise students. Strong
\nleadership, communication and organizational skills are required. Ability
\nand willingness to travel and work evenings\/weekends\/holidays as required. <\/p>\n
