Trenge was disqualified after hitting Minnesota&#8217;s Matt Koz in the first period of their match. The disqualification and Lehigh&#8217;s forfeit at heavyweight led to Minnesota winning the match 24-13. Both teams were deducted one team point (Minnesota was deducted one team point for swearing), and Lehigh forfeited the heavyweight match, giving Minnesota the win and third-place finish. <\/p>\n<p>It was an unfortunate series of events for Trenge and the Mountain Hawks.
