I’m working on creating some new desktop background graphics for all the amateur wrestling fans. Today I release my first, ‘Tis the Season.

The idea of setting up a wrestling room in a garage or basement is something that more and more people are getting into. Getting a few friends together to do an at home wrestling practice or just wrestling for fun is easy to do, getting a wrestling mat on the other hand is a bit harder.
Where as some companies sell new wrestling mats to the public, the prices aren’t always the best. Our solution is to keep an eye on eBay for used wrestling mats for cheap. You never know what kind of deals they might have.

Adidas Tyrint III wrestling shoes are new on the mat this season. Coming in in blue, white, black and red, the color choices are sure to match any need.
These shoes combine a breathable mesh tongue and ankle protection with polymer outsole inserts with multi-directional grip for added mat control.
The shoes also sport a almost claw like design on the back of the shoe with ‘wrestling’ written across the bottom of the shoes. Not only good for wrestling, but a bit of added graphics too.
These shoes should be durable and dependent and are great for practice or tournaments.

Got a wrestling fan on your Christmas list? Or maybe you just want to keep up to date on the sport. Wrestling USA Magazine gives you wrestling techniques, match strategies, news and reviews. It has articles for coaches, wrestlers, fans and parents all in one fantastic magazine. From high school to collage, this magazine has the sport of Amateur Wrestling covered.
Plus, each month you get fantastic photography. Their website may leave a bit to be desired, but the magazine is one of the best in the sport.

ASICS is betting on some color this season and are offering up the ASICS Split Second VI in Green and Yellow.
These wrestling shoes have a split sole for increased flexibly on the mat. They also have mesh on the top of the shoe for breathability & comfort, extended sole wrap for increased traction and of course an integrated lace cover to comply with all regulations.
These shoes are great for any wrestlers on all levels and will definitely help you stand out on the mat this year.
Other colors include silver, white, navy and black.
